We Deliver Nationwide! No matter where you are located in South Africa, you can safely purchase from FUNCURIOS directly on our website.
What do we need from you?
You need to make sure that your delivery address and mobile number is correct on your profile.
NOTE: Door-to-door Couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a Street Address.
We currently do not ship to remote locations such as farms and mines.
Have you placed an order? What's next?
Once your order is processed, please wait for an email with shipping information. This will only be sent when your order is dispatched.
Your purchase will be processed as soon as possible, during our regular business hours. Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday and usually take 1 to 2 working days to be dispatched.
Average delivery times once an order is dispatched:
Delivery can take on average between 3 to 4 working days.
Tracking your order
We use Courier Guy for all deliveries and they will send you updates and a unique pin for your delivery so keep an eye on your emails and texts once you have received the dispatch notice.
Disclaimer
Once an order is dispatched by FUNCURIOS it is the responsibility of the customer to make themselves available to receive the order. FUNCURIOS is not responsible for any issues caused as a result of unsuccessful deliveries, incorrect delivery details or instances where the customer has not been available to receive their order. Where a customer has not been available to receive their order it is the duty of the customer to contact the courier company to arrange an alternate delivery time.
If any parcel delivered by our couriers appears to be damaged, please be sure to verify both the contents and condition of the consignment in the presence of the courier driver. Contact us via the CONTACT US form on the website immediately if any product is damaged or missing.
