Returns, exchanges and Refunds
FUNCURIOS will not accept returns or exchanges for any reason whatsoever.
Under no circumstances will a refund be granted unless specifically stated below.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be considered for cancellation if you have not received a shipping notification. Any cancellation requests are at the sole discretion of FUNCURIOS. If the cancellation request is approved, FUNCURIOS will process a refund within 21 days.
Damaged Products
If any parcel delivered by our couriers appears to be damaged, please be sure to verify both the contents and condition of the consignment in the presence of the courier driver. Contact us via the CONTACT US form on the website immediately if any product is damaged or missing.
Store Credit
Store credit is issued to an account under the recipient's name. Store credit can only be redeemed by the person associated with the account.
Store credit is not transferable.
